Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 25 aviation professionals to ensure effective execution of flight operations.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily flight schedules to optimize efficiency and comply with regulatory standards.
Monitor compliance with aviation safety regulations and company policies throughout all flight activities.
Coordinate communication between flight crews, ground staff, and other operational teams to ensure seamless operations.
