- Handle customer queries via phone/ email/ project management system
- Can travel across pakistan

- Participation in R&D Team Meetings
- Responsible to take input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.
- Keep track of all deliverables and ensure that projects meet client specification.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and monitor project progress
- Prepare effective presentations
- Provide valuable guidelines to customer.
- Find upgrades / up sell opportunities related to website development.
- Must have proficiency in English.
