The responsibility of the Operations Manager is to plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations with continuous communication to ensure deadlines are met.
- He will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies, and maintains a high-quality standard of product production and delivery.
- Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

- Ensure and maintain a proper discipline and work environment relating to the company’s conduct of business conduct
- Strong Client Coordination
- Forecasting, planning, and overseeing the timely and accurate implementation of contact center management strategies to ensure achievement of overall business goals through sustained target achievement of all clients and internal KPI’s
- Planning and implementing motivational activities while keeping budget constraints in view
- Should be able to align business and people strategy
- Provide the leadership required for the successful completion of projects assigned to the Consumer services team
- Preferably Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
