· To achieve the agreed targets of recovery.
· To identify debtors requiring follow up debt recovery actions.
· To contact identified debtors to effectively develop a payment plan that achieves either a debt paid in total or an agreed devised and methodical payment plan.
· To maintain effective contact with debtors who happen to default on their agreed payment plan.
· To proceed with both the civil and criminal legal proceedings relating to the issuance bogus cheques by the debtors and their dishonor to be dealt with under section 489-F of the PPC and/or, Order 37, Rule (2) of CPC and any other such legal services required to effect the lawful recoveries of the Company.
· To have complete understanding and knowledge of the customers’ ledgers.
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
· Maintain excellent records of contact, transactions and progress.
· Provide effective reporting as and when required.
