Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure optimal functioning and safety.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to emergency service calls and equipment breakdowns, providing effective solutions under pressure.
Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and functional testing of elevator systems in compliance with industry standards.
Replace or repair defective parts including motors, controllers, sensors, cables, and door systems to restore equipment reliability.
Maintain precise and up-to-date service reports, maintenance records, and inspection documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while executing all tasks.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding equipment condition, required repairs, and future maintenance schedules.
Coordinate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance service quality.
Recommend equipment upgrades and modernization solutions aimed at improving reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Maintain service tools, specialized equipment, and company vehicles in excellent working condition to support operational readiness.
Interpret and utilize electrical and mechanical drawings to guide repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems related to the elevator control systems, motors, drives, and safety devices.
