Main Responsibilities:
- In charge of recruiting live streaming hosts and agencies. Introduction of external live streaming agency: Hunt for competitive live streaming agency to improve the number and quality of high-quality live streaming agency in the terminal.
- Responsible for the performance of agencies / hosts. Live Streaming agency management: carry out policy transmission, agent daily construction, ensure live streaming agent activity, issue agent task completion degree, supervise completion, and support all agency-related matters.
- Introduction and maintenance of spenders: Introduce external spenders, carry out daily maintenance of spenders, and increase the number of spenders and the monthly top up amount.
- Activity operation: Cooperate with the activity team to verify the activity copy, assist in activity publicity, organize activity participation, and ensure the activity participation rate and activity effect.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years' experience of BD or sales in Internet industry . Candidates who have agency /MCN resources will be well welcomed;
2.Working proficiency in English will be a must;
3.Familiar with local culture, and have a good understanding of the Pakistan live streaming market;
4.Know the live streaming platforms both at home and abroad, and have strong sensitivity and good taste for content. Experience in MCN and agency management.
5.Can work conscientiously and responsibly, have good stress resistance, high work efficiency, and good communication skills.
6. Currently based in Islamabad and Karachi.
