We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Your main objective will be to drive targeted traffic, increase engagement, and boost conversions to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid social media ad campaigns aligned with our marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that effectively attract and convert target audiences.
Manage budgets and ensure optimal ROI for each campaign.
Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare clear, concise, and insightful reports summarizing campaign performance and providing recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing successful paid social media ad campaigns (minimum of [2-3 years]).
Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with the ability to craft engaging ads.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
