This role is based in Hyderabad and focuses on developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications to meet business needs. You will work alongside talented teams, contributing your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform, including Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Write optimized and scalable SOQL/SOSL queries to support business requirements.
- Perform Salesforce configuration and participate in application design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Assist with documentation, testing plans, and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and support the setup and maintenance of the development environment.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance, bug fixes, enhancements, and user support.

Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Aura.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security framework, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins is a plus.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms is advantageous.
