Gigabyte Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Pushto Call Agents. We partner with prestigious organizations like UNDP and USAID on crucial projects aiming to improve lives and communities worldwide. In this role, you will play a vital part in data collection through surveys conducted in Pashto.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from Pashto-speaking customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Job Shift: Morning, 6 days a week (alternate Saturdays are off)
Job Time: 9 am to 6 pm
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Pashto, both written and spoken.
- No experience? No problem! Become a Pushto call agent with our training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum education must be matric.
