The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for maintaining product data and product research.
- Manage product listing and update data as and when required for new products and existing ones.
- Manage and communicate with warehousing operations accordingly.
- Provide customer service on phone, chat, whatsapp and social platforms.
- Provide product related advise to the customer for alternatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve and customer concerns related to packaging, speed of shipping and others.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product data on web platforms.
- Enter, analyze and maintain product research data on software and web platform.
