We are looking for an Experienced Professional who will responsible for:
1.Communication with suppliers and follow up of import shipments.
2. To handle all import forwarding and custom clearance.
3. To maintain payment status of Foreign Suppliers payable.
4. To close the import files with Cost, Budgeting and accounts department.
5. To maintain all kind of B/G records of stock files, applied files & cancellation file act.
6. To prepare the Audit reports for cancellation of DTRE Files.
7. To prepare DTRE File for approvals.
8. R&D of new accessories from foreign suppliers.
9. Demonstration to IOCO team and custom people for the approval of wastages.
10. Resolve the problems related to cancellation of Bank guarantee and DTRE files.
11. To prepare record for IOCO for the approval of wastages.
12. To prepare the LC documents.
13. To maintain the record of Import Files.
14. To maintain all records of re-export as per DTRE Rules.
15. To maintain all kind of B/G records of stock files, applied files, cancellation file etc.
16. To audit of B/G files and DTRE file before submission for cancellation.
17. Looking after all other misc import activities.
