We are looking for skilled GIS Analysts to join our team for projects spanning multiple districts, tehsils, and patwar circles. Ideal candidates will hold a university degree in GIS, Space Science, Geological Engineering, Geography, or related fields. The role focuses on digitization and parcel mapping tasks, particularly within the Pulse initiative. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary between Rs50,000 and Rs100,000. Candidates should be prepared for extensive travel and onsite work. Preference will be given to those based in their hometowns with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform digitization and parcel mapping activities as part of the Pulse project.
- Analyze and interpret geographic data to support mapping and spatial analysis efforts.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure accurate data collection and mapping.
- Maintain and update GIS databases to reflect current parcel and land information.
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations based on GIS data for project stakeholders.
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Travel extensively, up to 75%, to various project sites for data collection and verification.

Required Qualifications
- University degree in GIS, Space Science, Geological Engineering, Geography, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in digitization and parcel mapping projects, preferably with Pulse or similar initiatives.
- Proficiency in GIS software and tools relevant to spatial data analysis and mapping.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing geographic data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Preference for candidates based in their hometowns with prior experience in digitization and parcel mapping.
- Willingness to commute reliably or relocate to Lahore; relocation support will be provided.
- Full-time employment with a competitive salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
