We are looking forward to a potential Logistics professional in our Islamabad, Pakistan office; the job requires;
- Organize the shipping in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, and North Africa.
- Managed and Improved the existing Logistics system in place.
- Well-versed with Global Logistics terminologies.
- We are developing and maintaining the SLAs with Logistics partners across all continents.
- Coordinate the inbound and outbound orders for international customers.
- Develop cost-effective Logistics routes.
- Negotiate with the warehouses across all continents.
- Prepare and maintain the commercial and operational documents for import, export, and filing AES and EUR1.
- Communicate with authorities to perform inspection, lab test, and shipment pre-approvals.
- Work with team members and manager to complete duties as needed
Requirements
- At least possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience and/or 6 months of similar position.
- Advanced knowledge of ms excels/Google sheets.
- Easy-to-go person who is flexible with timings.
- Possesses strong communication skills.* Proficient in English; speaking and writing.
