G&L Auto Transport is hiring for USA Car Shipping Experts. G&L Auto Transport based in USA and having Call Center in Johar Town Lahore.
We are looking fresh candidates with good communication skills must be hard working, discipline and punctual.
Car Shipping Expert Responsibilities:
- Scheduling drivers to make Car deliveries .
- Communicating with customers about Car Shipping details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
- Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
- Preparing bills and invoices.
- Maintaining records of Car Shipping calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
- Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
- Reviewing drivers’ logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times.
- Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints.
Car Shipping Experts Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as Sales Agents in Call Center industry.
- Exceptional ability to schedule drivers, plan routes, and dispatch drivers to customer locations.
- Extensive experience in customer services, as well as generating bills and invoices.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines.
Remuneration:
35k-100k Plus, Based on Experience and Bonuses.
