A leading news Channel "92 News" is looking for young, energetic and experienced candidates to work over the position of "HR Executive".

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Overseeing the HR processes and administering and monitoring HR working as under and assisting the Manager HR.
  • Responsible for employees Filing as necessary, following all HR processes and procedure.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies.
  • Administer or change benefits, health plans etc.
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
  • Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts.
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable labor laws.
