We're looking for enthusiastic and capable people to join our team as CRM Chat Support Representatives. Your job will be to help our customers over chat. You'll answer their questions, solve problems related to our software, and make sure they're happy with our service.
What You'll Do:
- Chat with customers and help them using our CRM software.
- Solve any technical problems they have with the software.
- Explain things step-by-step to help them fix issues.
- Make sure you answer customer questions quickly and correctly.
- Work with team members to fix complicated issues.
- Keep up-to-date with our software so you can give the best info to customers.
- Try your best to make our customers happy and keep using our service.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone who's good at understanding technical stuff (background in tech or IT is a plus).
- Really good at speaking and writing in English.
- Has done similar chat support work before, or at least knows a bit about CRM software.
- Good at figuring out problems and fixing them.
- Able to handle lots of chats at once without getting mixed up.
- Okay with working different hours, including nights and weekends.
Some Extras That Would Be Great:
- If you've worked in customer service or tech support before, that's a plus.
- Being comfortable with words and talking to people.
- Ready to work for six months without a break.

Job Info:
- Probation Pay: 10,000
- Shift Timing: 6 pm to 3 am (It can be changed based on the schedule)
- Shift Hours: 9 Hours including 1 Hour of Break
NOTE:
We're offering a 2-month CRM Chat Support internship with 10,000 Stipend. Outstanding performers may secure a full-time position with a salary potential of up to 40,000 per month.
