Role Overview: We are hiring a skilled Procurement & Tender Officer in Islamabad to independently prepare bids, manage tender activities, visit markets for samples/quotations, and participate in government/NGO tenders and any other task assigned by company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit tender documents
- Participate in tenders & pre-bid meetings
- Source samples and negotiate with suppliers
- Maintain relations with officials and vendors
- Track new tender opportunities
Requirements:
- RWP/ISB resident
- 3+ years of procurement/tendering experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and willing to travel across Pakistan
- Able to work independently
