We are looking for an it assistant for our call center.

Candidates able to work in night shift are encourged to apply.

Timings from 9 pm till 6 am. 5 days a week, with weekends off.

Computer Skills:

  • Operating System: Windows 98,2000,XP,7/8
  • Installation window 98/2000professionalXP7/8
  • Assembling of Computer with all internal and external devices.
  • Computer Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Networking (Cabling and Network Troubleshooting).
  • Printer installation/ Scanner Printer service.
  • Hardware & Softwares knowledge & Trouble Shoots when required.
  • Monitor network performance (utilization, and availability) and test for weaknesses.
  • Install and support LANs, Internet, network segments, and intranet systems
  • Changing of damaged LANs Wires, Switches, Plugs & Pins.
  • Installation, maintenance
  • Maintenance of all Computers systems, accessories and Equipment.
