Job Description

Call Quality Assurance Executives with atleast 2 years of relevant hands on  experience, of any international based call center are encouraged to Apply.

  • Should be capable enough to evaluate the Call.
  • Should have hands on experience in listening skills. 
  • Ability to analyzing the Communication between Agent & international (US & UK based) Customers.
  • Listening Agent Calls &  identify performance goals.
  • Fluency in English is MUST  (Listening  and Spoken).

Job: 5 days a week. Saturday's and Sunday's  are Off.

Timings: 8 PM till 6 AM
