Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Back Office Sales Manager to join our team. The Back Office Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all back-office operations related to sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team, implementing strategies to optimize sales support functions, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of back-office sales support staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure team members perform at their best.
  • Sales Support Management: Develop and implement procedures to streamline sales support processes, including order processing, customer inquiries, and documentation. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of sales support operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to coordinate activities and achieve common objectives. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operation of sales processes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, including key insights and recommendations for action.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in electrical/mechanical/business.
  • 3+ years\\\' experience in management in a corporate setting.
