We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through various channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and other digital platforms.
Manage all aspects of social media marketing including content creation, publishing, community management, and analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to different platforms and target audiences to increase follower growth, engagement, and traffic.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply insights to improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Stay informed about relevant industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
