Global certification Executive

Shark Innovation Labs, located on II Chundrigar Road in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Global Certification Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing various international shipping certifications and documentation to ensure smooth and compliant global shipments. This role requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders, including third-party inspection agencies and overseas agents, to facilitate timely approvals and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Certificates of Conformity (CoC), CNCA-related documentation, Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN)/Cargo Tracking Note (CTN), and other destination-specific certifications required for international shipments.
- Coordinate effectively with third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna to ensure all certifications are obtained accurately and on time.
- Manage Bill of Lading (B/L) verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation to maintain compliance with shipping regulations.
- Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure all certification processes are completed within required timelines.
- Verify shipment documents thoroughly to ensure they meet the compliance standards of the destination country.
- Track certification applications, follow up on pending approvals, and maintain comprehensive and organized records of all documentation and correspondence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing.
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Lading (B/L), ECTN/CTN, Certificate of Conformity (CoC), and other international shipment documentation requirements.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
