Global certification Executive

Shark Innovation Labs, located on II Chundrigar Road, Karachi, is seeking a Global Certification Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing certification processes related to international shipments, ensuring compliance with destination-specific requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely certification. This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with third-party agencies and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Certificates of Conformity (CoC), CNCA-related documentation, ECTN/CTN, and other destination-specific certifications.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna to ensure all certifications are handled accurately.
- Manage Bill of Lading (B/L) verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation.
- Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to guarantee timely certification and shipment clearance.
- Verify shipment documents to ensure compliance with the regulations of destination countries.
- Track certification applications, follow up on pending approvals, and maintain precise records of all documentation and correspondence.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing.
- Solid understanding of B/L, ECTN/CTN, CoC, and other international shipment documentation requirements.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
