Global Certification Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and process various shipping certifications and documentation essential for international freight forwarding. The role involves handling Certificates of Conformity (CoC), CNCA-related paperwork, ECTN/CTN, and other destination-specific certifications to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with third-party inspection agencies and overseas partners to facilitate timely approvals and maintain accurate shipment records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Certificates of Conformity (CoC), CNCA-related documentation, ECTN/CTN, and other destination-specific certifications required for shipments.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and Cotecna to ensure compliance and timely inspections.
- Manage Bill of Lading (B/L) verification, amendments, and related shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to track certification progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Verify shipment documents to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements of the destination country.
- Monitor application statuses, follow up on pending approvals, and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all documentation and certifications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping documentation, or certification processing.
- Strong knowledge of Bill of Lading (B/L), ECTN/CTN, Certificates of Conformity (CoC), and international shipment documentation processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
