Job Description for Creative Director/Graphic Designer
Creative Director:
Candidates should possess an intuitive perspective and an ability to analyse different marketing campaigns as well as the ability to understand the consumer mindset with regard to specific campaigns. Candidates would further be required to engage in strategizing and developing marketing campaigns through creative advertisements, content and to oversee the execution as such.
Responsibilities
● Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas for online marketing
● Designing creative user interfaces for mobile and desktop web applications
● Designing client branding and marketing/advertising/promotional material with little or no guidance
● Should be capable of understanding the customers needs and requirements
● Modifications to existing interface templates to suit customer requirements
● Communication with the development team to implement and revise designs as needed to create the best possible user experience
● Design creative and unique themes with aesthetic and elegant designing skills.
● Aesthetic to develop attractive websites, logos, prints etc.
Graphic Designer:
We require a creative mind that has the ability to be intuitive and possesses the ability to create awe-inspiring animations. Applicants should be able to construct logos, layouts, 2-D animations, animated videos and possess basic video editing skills.
● They should have a good command of the following tools:
- -Adobe Photoshop
- -Adobe Illustrator
- -Adobe Premier Pro
- -Adobe After Effects
● Demonstrated strong creativity in conceptualization, design, and layout of a broad range of online marketing materials
● Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction
● Any coding experience would be an advantage
● Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines is a must
● Strong written and verbal communications skills
