HR:

  • To support the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures and provide feedback to the Group Head of HR & Admin.
  • Carry out the whole recruitment & selection process aligned with the workforce demand
  • Implementation and monitoring of Annual Performance Management Process
  • HR Administration - 
  • Onboarding, employee leaves, probation evaluations, resignations, final settlements etc. / Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Develop and Maintain Relevant HR Reports such as Attendance Reports / Recruitment Reports and Turnover Reports
  • Payroll processing including incentives, EOBI, P. Fund, Tax and reporting
  • Dealing with health and life insurances
  • Employee Relations – Supporting Managers in identifying and resolving workplace issues / Dealing with Disciplinary issues
  • Develop an understanding of the business to ensure that HR strategy and services are aligned with the business needs.
  • Meet with managers and employees on a regular basis to develop effective relationships and understand the challenges affecting managers and employees.

Admin:

  • Managing people: Housekeeping and office assistant
  • Purchasing: Office stationary, housekeeping & kitchen items for all branches then centrally moving to respective locations
  • Ticketing & Room Reservation
  • Printing: Letter heads, manual receipts, visiting cards, promotional material etc.
  • Utility bills management (local)
  • Coordination with plaza management (local; for civil work, electrician, carpenter etc.)
  • Petty cash management (for daily office expenses at head office)
