HR Intern

Global Engineering Services (GES) is an electronic hardware design services company headquartered in Lahore Pakistan, working as an offshore office of Whizz Systems Inc, USA. Since opening our doors in 1999, we have developed a reputation for consistently delivering quality on time.

Job brief

GES is looking for an HR Intern to perform some administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Responsibilities

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Provide administration support

Must have

Experience with basic excel
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
