This role will involve both the management of existing accounts and development of new revenue streams, utilising contingency, search and selection and managed advertising recruitment campaigns. You will be expected to source your candidates through dedicated advertising campaigns and through specialist search assignments. We have a wide portfolio of health and social care clients that you will be expected to network across, delivering the full range of permanent recruitment solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in recruitment, ideally in the permanent market but as importantly, you will be highly ambitious with a desire to develop and grow a business in a fast-paced environment.
