Key Responsibilities

Support the daily execution of Human Capital operational activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate and manage onboarding activities, maintaining comprehensive and precise employee documentation and records. Assist with document management, audits, and validation of employee records to ensure compliance with established procedures. Provide support for employee lifecycle activities and other Talent Management Operations initiatives as required.

Maintain and update employee data, trackers, and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times. Identify discrepancies, follow up on pending tasks, and assist in resolving operational issues promptly. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR teams to facilitate smooth execution of Human Capital processes and provide operational support. Contribute to process improvement and standardization efforts aimed at enhancing efficiency and service delivery.

Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging. Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. Ensure consistent application of HR processes, policies, and operating procedures. Manage routine operational activities with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Respond to stakeholder queries and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new processes, systems, and tools, adapting effectively to evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications

4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Human Capital or HR Operations. A Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Human Resources is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive, process-driven tasks. Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new processes, systems, and workflows.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating with internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A service-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership of routine operational responsibilities. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work effectively within a team environment.
