- Perform operational and financial pre/ post audit of company’s operations by establishing risk based audit programs directed by HOD.
- Document, evaluate and test manual and automated systems and controls to determine their existence, adequacy, effectiveness and continuity.
- Verifies monthly donation payments, employees social security and other service level payments.
- Recalculation and verification of salary payments, marketing expenses, group incentives and direct payments.
- Perform financial pre-audit of Marketing Budget and subsequent compliance with budgeted figures.
- Understanding of distribution branch operations and verification of branch related expenses, incentives and audits of credit/ debit notes.
- Perform reconciliations between Head Office and branches.
- Perform and assist in surprise/ recurring audits of physical inventory, raw material, packaging material and finished goods as directed by HOD.
- Other tasks as may be assigned by HOD.
