Global Shopify Operations Manager (GKhair)

GK Hair is seeking an experienced Global Shopify Operations Manager to lead and expand the management of eight regional Shopify stores across the USA, UK, Europe, UAE, KSA, Canada, and Australia. This role is critical as Shopify is the company’s fastest-growing channel and represents the largest opportunity for online growth. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure catalog and pricing accuracy across multiple currencies, manage orders and inventory in collaboration with international 3PL partners, and deliver performance reports that inform leadership decisions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and adept at working across various markets and time zones. A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of eight Shopify stores across multiple currencies and regions.
- Maintain catalog accuracy, including product content, multi-currency pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Oversee order processing, including draft, replacement, and special orders, and handle manual corrections when 3PL synchronization issues arise.
- Monitor inventory levels across international 3PL warehouses to prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure accurate product and order data synchronization between Shopify and the ERP system.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering metrics such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), fulfillment accuracy, and stock-out rates, providing actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to support campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal product launches.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, including administration, app integrations, catalog management, order processing, and discount configurations.
- Experience working with 3PL or logistics partners and coordinating inventory across multiple warehouses.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reconciling large datasets from multiple markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
- Practical knowledge and regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to accelerate product content creation, reporting, data analysis, and routine tasks, continuously seeking smarter workflows.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
