Globus University is a newly established private sector university set to begin academic operations in July 2026. The university is seeking dynamic, qualified, and research-oriented academicians to join its diverse faculties as Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Lecturers. These positions will strictly adhere to guidelines set by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and relevant professional accreditation councils. The institution offers multiple programs spanning various disciplines, including Computer Science, Commerce and Business Administration, Sciences, Arts and Social Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Engineering, and Law. Faculty members are expected to contribute to high-quality teaching, research, and curriculum development aligned with global academic standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum content in accordance with accreditation standards and academic policies.
• Design and implement student assessment and evaluation methods that are fair, transparent, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research contributing to academic knowledge and the universitys research goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in specialized disciplines.
• Collaborate with faculty members within and across departments to integrate interdisciplinary perspectives into teaching and research.
• Mentor students, guiding their academic progress, research projects, and professional growth.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation processes to ensure quality assurance.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of academic programs and learning materials.
• Manage classroom dynamics by employing effective communication techniques to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support university initiatives aimed at elevating the institutions academic standards and visibility within the higher education sector.
• Lead or participate in faculty and university-level research projects, publishing findings in reputable academic outlets.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and supervision of junior faculty and teaching staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, accreditation council requirements, and Higher Education Commission regulations.
• Engage in community outreach and professional collaborations to strengthen partnerships and professional networks.
• Contribute to administrative tasks associated with academic duties, including record-keeping, reporting, and organizing academic events.
