Glomesh is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in data entry, record management, and administrative support. This role requires excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. The Data Entry Officer will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and organization of company data, ensuring that information is correctly entered and securely managed.
This position demands strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle data entry tasks efficiently and to support various departments by coordinating and updating information in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple teams to prepare reports, maintain confidential files, and ensure regular data backups and security measures are followed. Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in multiple company databases and systems.
- Verify data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and related documentation to support business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of company records and sensitive information.
- Perform regular data backups and implement security protocols to protect data assets.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update necessary information for seamless workflows.
- Ensure timely execution of data entry tasks and the submission of reports according to deadlines.
- Assist in streamlining data processes and improving data entry methods where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues and support organizational needs.
