About OlaDoc
Although the grand vision is a 360-degree health services play, our initial offering shall consist of the following:
Clinic/Practice Management (B2B) - OlaDoc aims to build a network of medical practitioners, while enabling them with digital tools to efficiently manage their practice and enhance quality of patient care through appointment scheduler, patient profile management and digital consultation records.
Doctor listing and Appointment Booking (B2C) - OlaDoc will also provide consumers the ability to easily access profiles of Medical Practitioners and book appointments from the convenience of their computers and mobile phones.
Additional value propositions will be added by OlaDoc for both the Consumers and Medical Practitioners over time

About the role and key responsibilities: Digital Marketing Associate
As a “Digital Marketing Associate” for the OlaDoc, you are expected to support our new venture with an impressive effort to build the brand and execute our aggressive sales & marketing strategy. You will be heavily supported by Glowfish resources across the “marketing” function with the required training and a sizeable budget to work on exciting products; furthermore, you will also get exposure to markets outside Pakistan. But we do expect you to bring out your best to lead digital marketing and support our effort.
Specifically, for the first 12 months, you are expected to:
Play a vital role in the success of various online Google AdWord campaigns by taking them through the whole process, from developing an initial concept-to-designing-to-implementing the campaign; and then to manage and track the campaign results for continuous optimization
Contribute in developing and improving our sales & marketing strategy, our function-specific SOP’s and with time, build a digital marketing team
Maintain and further our entrepreneurial approach at Glowfish, work closely with the leadership, troubleshoot creative issues, help brainstorm innovative new solutions and ensure that marketing objectives are met
Applicant requirements:
Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum of 2 years of experience performing hands-on digital account management with specific concentration on AdWord’s and performance marketing
Strong SEO/SEM skills & background are imperative; certification in both Google Analytics / AdWords is a plus
Fluency in English
