Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring on-time production, high efficiency, consistent quality, and cost control across all in-house and outsourced manufacturing processes.
- Translate production plans into reliable and predictable output by developing and implementing systematic processes and building strong teams.
- Minimize reactive problem-solving ("firefighting") by establishing methodical workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead strategic planning for factory expansion, enhancing capacity and refining the operating model to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, supply chain, and retail to align manufacturing capabilities with market demand.
- Drive a culture of quality and operational discipline on the factory floor, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality metrics, and cost management, taking corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry, managing both in-house and outsourced production.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, quality control, and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
- Strategic mindset with experience in scaling manufacturing capacity and optimizing operating models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
- Proficiency in using data and technology to monitor production and inform decision-making.
