We are looking for a UK GMC-registered doctor with valid prescribing rights to join a remote clinical team supporting patients receiving ongoing specialist care within the UK. This role offers a flexible opportunity for UK-licensed doctors who may currently be based outside the UK, subject to meeting all relevant licensing, regulatory, and professional requirements. The position involves reviewing clinical information and prescription requests to ensure safe and effective patient care in line with UK standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review relevant clinical information and prescription requests in accordance with UK regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Assess and authorize prescriptions within the scope of your clinical practice and prescribing authority.
- Complete prescription-related processes using approved electronic or paper-based systems as applicable.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure appropriate record-keeping.
- Adhere to established clinical governance, safeguarding, and patient safety procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team in a remote working environment.
- Provide timely and professional support throughout the patient’s ongoing care pathway.
