A leading UK based software company has an opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our ranks in the Support team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Customer Support through Phone, chat and email.
- Respond efficiently to customer queries with accurate information.
- Providing information to customers regarding the company's software and services.

Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in customer service.
