We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team and provide technical support and customer service for clients using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing their marketing automation systems within GHL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GoHighLevel and experience with AI automation tools. This position starts as part-time with 4 hours per day and has the potential to grow into a full-time role. The work schedule is remote and flexible to accommodate clients primarily based in Australia. The start date is immediate, and compensation will be determined based on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert-level support for GoHighLevel, including account setup, workflow configuration, and campaign management.
- Onboard new clients by configuring their GHL accounts and providing thorough training on the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or bugs within the GHL system promptly.
- Monitor client accounts proactively and recommend improvements to enhance their GHL automations.
- Communicate effectively with clients through Discord, email, and video calls to ensure clear understanding and support.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement custom GHL integrations and new features.
- Stay current with the latest updates in GoHighLevel and marketing automation best practices to provide the most effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical customer support or automation specialist role.
- Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel, with extensive experience using Zapier and other marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Familiarity with AI tool integrations, including both voice and text applications, to enhance sales processes and improve lead response times.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
