Having achieved over $35 million in annual recurring revenue this year and amassed more than 100 million social impressions, we have developed and launched our own image generation model, currently ranked third globally for photo realism. Operating without external funding, our dedicated team is focused on building one of the strongest GenAI products worldwide. As we expand our commercial presence in San Francisco, we are seeking a skilled backend developer to help build and scale our Enterprise and B2B initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain backend services primarily using Go (Golang).
- Develop efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions aligned with product and business needs.
- Work extensively with relational database schemas and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and maintainable systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure long-term quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance continuously.
- Contribute innovative ideas and best-practice solutions to improve team output.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a backend or systems developer.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language.
- Solid expertise with PostgreSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and advanced querying.
- Good understanding of system-level programming using C or C++.
- Experience in building scalable, distributed systems or microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for technology and a builder’s attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of Cassandra or other NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Exposure to AI or Machine Learning workflows and integrating AI services is advantageous.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-native development environments.
- Skills in performance optimization and developing low-latency systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical projects are highly valued.
