As we expand our commercial footprint in San Francisco, we are seeking a talented backend developer to help build and scale our Enterprise and B2B initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using Go (Golang).
- Create efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions aligned with product and business needs.
- Work extensively with relational database schemas and optimize complex queries in PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and maintainable systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
- Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to improve team output.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as required.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a backend or systems developer.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of system-level programming using C or C++.
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems or microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking fundamentals.
- Self-driven, passionate about technology, and possessing a proactive “builder” mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Exposure to AI or machine learning workflows, including integrating AI services.
