Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities on the factory floor.
  • Ensure timely start and end of production shifts.
  • Monitor input/output and report variances.
  • Coordinate labor teams for unloading, loading, and internal transfers.
  • Verify and record bag counts during offloading and finished goods packing.
  • Ensure safe handling of materials by labor.
  • Conduct spot checks on quality and grade during processing.
  • Ensure floor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Maintain shift logbook with input, output, downtime, and issues.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or delays to Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate with weighbridge, accounts, and store teams.
  • Supervise loading/unloading under company SOPs.
  • Ensure finished goods are properly tagged and stored.
