GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert

Zero Apples a Day specializes in helping chiropractic clinics increase their booked appointments without adding extra staff effort. We provide each clinic with a fully managed patient growth system built on the GoHighLevel platform, delivered as a monthly service. This role involves taking full ownership of building, completing, and maintaining the system we implement for every clinic, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a clinic website featuring a lead form, web chat, and AI chat that facilitates appointment bookings.
- Create and manage a 5-star review funnel with automated review requests and follow-ups to enhance clinic reputation.
- Implement missed call text-back functionality using a dedicated business phone number.
- Design and execute database reactivation campaigns targeting past patients to boost engagement.
- Configure a unified inbox and mobile app access so clinics never miss important messages.
- Build and integrate GoHighLevel workflows, forms, funnels, trigger links, and custom values to support clinic operations.
- Refine the existing snapshot into a clean, reusable template for deployment across new clinics.
- Set up new clinic sub-accounts, connecting their Google Business Profile, phone number, and inbox.
- Conduct thorough testing of all automations on real devices before clinics go live to ensure reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, continuously improving the system as the client base grows.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and managing systems within GoHighLevel, with a portfolio of workflows to showcase.
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel features such as snapshots, custom values, triggers, and pipelines.
- Experience with SMS automation and compliance with A2P 10DLC registration requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to test and validate your own work before deployment.
- Excellent written English skills and dependable communication to collaborate effectively with the team and clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with healthcare providers, clinics, or local service-oriented businesses is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel’s AI chat or voice agent functionalities.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile management and online review strategies.
