We are seeking a talented GoHighLevel Workflow & Automation Expert to join our team and lead the design, optimization, and scaling of our automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in GoHighLevel (GHL), combined with strategic thinking and hands-on experience in building comprehensive automation workflows. This role focuses on enhancing lead management processes and elevating the overall customer experience through effective CRM configuration and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM platform for both internal teams and clients to maximize efficiency.
- Design and implement sales funnels, pipelines, and automation workflows that drive operational improvements and increase conversion rates.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with various marketing tools, email platforms, and analytics software to establish a cohesive and streamlined marketing ecosystem.
- Monitor CRM performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and ongoing support to team members to ensure proficient use of the GoHighLevel platform.
- Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and database hygiene to support targeted marketing campaigns and lead nurturing efforts.
- Develop and execute strategies focused on lead nurturing, client retention, and optimizing conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in building high-converting sales funnels and membership portals.
- Skilled in integrating APIs and automating complex workflows within CRM environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with plugins, custom code embeds, and content management system (CMS) frameworks.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Proven capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Full-time remote position based in Pakistan, offering flexibility to work from home.
- Competitive salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs100,000 per month.
- Preferred candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in video editing and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro at any skill level (Beginner, Advanced, or Pro).
- Fluency in English is preferred to ensure smooth communication across teams.
