Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective US homeowners to generate qualified leads and set appointments.
- Utilize effective sales prospecting methods and objection handling techniques to convert calls into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes using CRM software.
- Leverage lead generation tools to identify and prioritize prospective clients and enhance outreach efficiency.
- Communicate company offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
- Adhere strictly to the US night shift schedule (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time) to maximize client engagement during US business hours.
- Ensure a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace equipped with reliable technology and internet connectivity.
- Continuously update knowledge of the real estate market trends and company products to provide accurate information to clients.
