We are currently seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts and contribute to the success of our project.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within specified timelines.
- Provide accurate information about the project, pricing, and availability to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
