Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential truck drivers, while maintaining strong relationships with our current driver base.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the specific requirements and preferences of truck drivers, and provide customized dispatching solutions.
- Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to inform and persuade truck drivers about the advantages of our services.
- Sales Negotiation: Expertly negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently monitor and oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing driver inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (minimum 6 months to 1 year).
- Diligent and punctual.
