Responsibities
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Planning delivery of IT solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
- Teaching improved processes and mentoring team members.
- Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
