Required - Project Manager IT for our Faislabad office
• 5+ years of work experience in reputable software companies including hands-on coding and software development.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, and resources.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Lead team in meeting client expectations and project deliverables
• Build close relationship & liaison with US-based Clients, and Technical Managers, and Architects to develop and drive team deliverables following best practices.
• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
• Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross-functional team assigned to the project.
Technical Skills:
• Can lead and manage teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Develop detailed project plans and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about deliverables, adjustments, and progress.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
