Google Ads Executive

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Google Ads Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various Google Ads platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with keyword research, PPC campaign management, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will focus on generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, managing advertising budgets efficiently, and delivering measurable results for international clients. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Islamabad, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop compelling ad copy and continuously optimize advertisements to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
- Monitor key campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting to maximize advertising efficiency.
- Identify and exclude irrelevant search terms through the use of negative keywords.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Analyze campaign data to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, content, design, and development teams to enhance overall campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on Google Ads policies, new features, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience managing Google Ads or PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, campaign structuring, bidding strategies, and ad optimization.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup and monitoring.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
