Google Ads Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Google Ads Expert to join our team full-time at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns, specifically focused on lead generation. This role requires a professional who excels at capturing high-intent search traffic and converting it into quality leads by leveraging advanced keyword strategies and optimizing campaign performance to achieve maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Call-Only, Display, and Performance Max (PMax) formats.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and maintain comprehensive negative keyword lists to minimize wasted ad spend.
- Continuously optimize bidding strategies such as CPA, ROAS, and Maximize Conversions to improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and enhance Quality Score and ad relevance to increase impression share at the lowest possible cost.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking by managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and custom event setups.
- Collaborate on improving landing page experiences, focusing on mobile-first design to boost conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in running profitable Google Ads campaigns, particularly in lead generation.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, including the ability to set up and manage custom tracking events.
- Strong skills in ad copywriting, crafting compelling headlines and descriptions that drive high click-through rates (CTR).
- A data-driven approach with the ability to audit existing accounts, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective measures quickly.
